Tim Hardman, Global Sustainability Director, Fulton Market Group

Graduating from Kansas State University with an Animal Science degree, Tim has been a council member for the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, US Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, and US Roundtable for Sustainable Poultry and Eggs. In 2021, Tim joined Fulton Market Group as the Global Sustainability Director. Prior to FMG, this was the Beef Director for WWF US for 6 years and spent 11 years at Cargill where he worked in beef production, sales, pricing, and product management. With a strong belief in the triple bottom line approach to sustainability being, environmentally sound, economically viable, and socially acceptable, Tim works closely with all McDonald’s system stakeholders including various McDonald’s markets, grinders, approved suppliers, and other upstream producers.

Stacy Cushenbery, Food System Program Manager, Oatly

Stacy Cushenbery serves as Oatly's Food System Program Manager for North America. In this pivotal role, she spearheads the implementation of the first pillar of Oatly’s Global Sustainability Plan, "Drive a Food System Shift." Oatly's mission is to restore the balance between humanity and nature by actively contributing to carbon restoration, biodiversity enhancement, and the empowerment of local farming communities.

Nicole Atchison, CEO, PURIS Holding

Nicole Atchison is responsible for leading innovation across the PURIS portfolio of companies including ingredient technologies, processing technologies, seed genetic strategy, and channel strategy. PURIS cultivates a spectrum of pure, plant-based foods and ingredients from U.S.-based organic and non-GMO sources. Nicole joined PURIS in 2017 to support growth and innovation across business units. Previously, Nicole held roles as Project Manager and Engineer and was responsible for leading the cross-functional team through FDA approval and US commercialization of Stellarex 035, a Class III medical device, for Spectranetics/Covidien. Stellarex launched in 2017, followed by an acquisition of Spectranetics by Phillips. Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Ashley Allen, Founder and President, CSO Copilot LLC, and Senior Advisor, CO2EFFICIENT

Ashley Allen is a corporate sustainability leader and climate change champion. She brings 18 years of climate change and sustainability leadership, in both the private and public sectors, including seven years in the food and beverage sector. Ashley is currently the Founder and President of CSO Copilot, LLC. Previously, Ashley served as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Oatly where she built an industry-leading, purpose-driven Global Sustainability Department and designed and set a global corporate sustainability strategy, including a science-aligned, full value chain climate target. She has championed innovative and collaborative global climate solutions throughout her career with several organizations, including Mars, Inc., the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and White House Council on Environmental Quality.

Saif Hameed, Founder and CEO, Altruistiq

Over a 20-year career in sustainability, Saif has supported governments, industry associations, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies in managing sustainability transition. Prior to founding Altruistiq, Saif was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and a leader in the firm’s sustainability practice, as well as the co-founder of both a vertically integrated agricultural business and a non-profit carbon project developer.

Kerry is a global partner to the food & beverage industry focused on inspiring food and nourishing life. With extensive manufacturing experience within the food and beverage industry, Christina has a passion about building a food system for the future by minimizing environmental impact, improving lives, while also identifying opportunities to optimize the bottom line. Together with her peers, Christina is driving Kerry North America towards our shared global ambition to reach 2 billion people with sustainable nutrition solutions by 2030. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Autumn Fox, Climate Sustainability Sr. Manager, Mars, Inc

Autumn Fox is the Climate Sustainability Sr. Manager for Mars, Inc. In her role, Autumn leads the Climate and Land impact areas for Mars’ Sustainable in a Generation Plan, including external engagement and internal program direction. Autumn has been with Mars for more than 10 years, in a range of roles spanning Sales, R&D, and Commercial. Previously, Autumn was a Sustainable Sourcing Manager in the Mars Wrigley business, where she chaired the SAI Platform Sustainable Dairy Partnership. Autumn has a background in biology and is a published author in ecology and cancer biology.

David Spitzley, Director of Impact Measurement, Starbucks Coffee Company

David leads all aspects of analytics and reporting on social and environmental impact at Starbucks. He is part of the Starbucks corporate sustainability leadership team building on a nearly 30-year career in sustainability and environmental analysis.
